Welcome to Team Pegine Inc.! Our one-year coaching program is designed to help you achieve your business goals with the guidance of Pegine Echevarria, MSW, an expert in empowering women in business. Here’s what you can expect from our comprehensive program:

Program Overview

Duration: 12 Months
Methods: In-person, Internet, and Telephone Meetings
Frequency: Bi-weekly Sessions

What You’ll Receive

  • Bi-weekly One-on-One Coaching Sessions:
    • Personalized Guidance: Tailored strategies to address your unique business challenges and goals.
    • Action Plans: Detailed action steps to ensure progress and accountability.
    • Supportive Feedback: Constructive insights to refine your business strategies.
  • Access to Pegine Between Sessions:
    • Email and Voicemail Support: Ongoing assistance for quick questions and urgent concerns.
    • Additional Time: Available on a prorated basis for extra support, document reviews, and report writing.

Schedule and Fees

Agreement Start Date: The first session after the first payment.
Total Fee:$10,000 (amount in advance if applicable)
Monthly Fee: Down payment of $2,020 k plus first payment of $665k, then 665 each month thereafter. Total = 10k:
Session Length: 60 minutes every two weeks.  

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied after the first two months (four sessions), we will refund your money, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Attendance: You must have attended all four sessions.
  • Preparation: You must come prepared with agenda items and questions for each session.

If family, health, or life issues require you to pause your coaching, you can resume anytime within four years. After four years, the agreement is terminated, and no refunds will be issued.

Procedure

The time and location of coaching meetings will be mutually agreed upon. You will initiate all scheduled calls. If Pegine will be at a different number, you will be notified beforehand.

Confidentiality

Your coaching relationship and all shared information are confidential. However, please note that this relationship is not legally confidential, like those in medical and legal professions. Pegine will not disclose your information without your consent, except in certain legal or ethical situations.

Cancellation Policy

Notify Pegine at least 5 hours in advance if you need to cancel a session. Missed sessions may be billed, but all efforts will be made to reschedule.

Record Retention

Pegine maintains records for 5  years in either print or digital format.

Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement with __ weeks' written notice. Compensation is due for services rendered up to the termination date.

Limited Liability

Pegine makes no guarantees beyond the coaching services provided. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Pegine and the Client, superseding all prior representations. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be mediated in good faith for 60 days. The prevailing party in legal action is entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs if unresolved.

Severability

The remaining provisions remain in effect if any provision is invalid or unenforceable. Provisions may be limited to become enforceable.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

Binding Effect

This agreement is binding on the parties and their successors and assigns.
