**One-Year One-on-One Coaching Agreement**

**1. Purpose and Scope:**
- Agreement outlines coaching terms for a one-year period.
- Focuses on building a speaking business with product development, sales and marketing process and positive mindset

**2. Services:**
- Coach provides one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Sessions last about one hour every other week through Zoom
- Sessions address speaking, business, marketing and mindset.

**3. Schedule:**
- Both agree on regular session schedule.
- Changes happen, we will work together to make up sessions

**4. Fees:**
- Client pays $10,000 for the year.
- Payment: 5,000 down and $1000 [monthly ] for five months
- Late payment may affect sessions.

**5. Confidentiality:**
- Both keep session info confidential.
- Exceptions: legal obligations, risk of harm.

**6. Commitment and Accountability:**
- Client actively participates and completes actions.
- Coach provides support and accountability.

**7. Termination:**
- Either can end with written notice.
- Client covers owed fees if terminated.

**8. Limitation of Liability:**
- Coaching isn't therapy or substitute for advice.
- Coach not liable for decisions/outcomes.

**9. Governing Law:**
- Agreement follows Florida laws

What you will receive:

  • Intensive attention from Pegine on your goals  and how to achieve them

  • Assignment and action steps to move your needle. 

  • Honest feedback empowers you, highlights your magnificence, and builds on your value.

 

Payment plan

Here's a simple and clear description of the payment plan:

1. **Downpayment:** You'll start with a downpayment of $5,000. We'll split this into two parts: $4,000 will be the initial downpayment, and $1,000 will go toward your first monthly payment.

2. **Monthly Payments:** After the initial payment, you'll make monthly payments of $1,000 for the next five months. These payments will be automatically charged to your credit card.

3. **Total Investment:** The total cost of the coaching program is $10,000.

In summary, you'll begin with a downpayment of $5,000, split into $4,000 initially and $1,000 for the first month. Then, for the following five months, you'll be charged $1,000 each month. This way, your total investment in the coaching program will be $10,000.
