- One-on-one coaching two times a month. 2-hour sessions. In-person and/or virtually

Team Pegine and Pegine Echevarria, MSW has lead leadership exercises and experiences with women leaders for Fortune 500 companies and all branches of the military. She is the founder of Power Women Worldwide, a movement for women in Leadership and Business
Pegine Echevarria is an author and award-winning business leader. Society of Human Resource Management named her 1 of 100 Thought Leaders on Diversity and Inclusion. Her Global Women's Leadership Experience has been used by Walmart, US Army, and many major associations. She holds a Masters in Social Work, specializing in organizational development and leadership of women.
