Pegine Echevarria has created and developed Team Pegine into an award-winning consulting, training, and project management firm.
With more than 30 years of management and leadership experience, she has been honored for her work as a motivational speaker, with an emphasis on leadership and diversity. Pegine’s skills as a successful business woman are sought out by the military and federal government, private corporations and organizations.
As a speaker, her focus is on leadership, diversity and business practices. Pegine has presented at the Pentagon and keynoted with two US Presidents, as well as authors John Maxwell and Suze Orman.
Pegine created the concept and inclusion program, “White Guys Are Diverse Too!”™ resulting in her testifying before the Military Leadership Diversity Commission on the diversity amongst white men. Pegine is honored to be the only Latina inducted in the Motivational Speakers Hall of Fame. She is the author of Sometimes You Need to Kick Your Own Butt and she released Bragging Rights and I’ve Got the Power in 2012. Her outstanding service honors are numerous, and include awards from the Army Corps of Engineers and NASA.

She holds a Masters in Social Work / Group and Organizational Development from Adelphi University, graduated from Hunter College and received a Certificado de Extranjeros de Universidad de Madrid.
Pegine is on the board of the National Speakers Association and represents the association on the Global Federation of Speakers. She is one of 712 Certified Speaking Professional’s worldwide which is awarded after a rigorous audit for expertise, eloquence, enterprise and ethics. She is founder of the national not for profit Success4Vets. The organization promotes, trains, and supports women military leaders in transition in order to: (1) facilitate job placement, career development and leadership development of female veterans (Officers and NCOs) (2) acknowledgement, appreciation of female US military veterans (3) mentorship and networking opportunities for female US military veterans.

Meet Team Pegine
Director of Financial Operations and HR
As a ten year veteran of Team Pegine Inc., Tamara Goldwich has been integral in developing and ensuring the policies and procedures for each TPI division. Her experience in the insurance field has helped TPI achieve solid financial footing.
She is a true leader and is always looking for ways to improve service to our clients and streamline overall operations. Bringing her A-game to work is reflective in her enthusiasm, stamina and organization skills.
Tamara is married with two children while and spends her time off as a church volunteer and active PTA member.
Bob Kronmiller brings a wealth of experience, including 45 years of tax, auditing, accounting, and business consulting, to Team Pegine ensuring its solid financial growth.
Bob previously served as Bureau Chief for the State of Florida and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. In the private sector, he has worked with H&R Block, Countrywide Mortgage and Total Tape Publishing. For over 25 years, Bob has been a consultant for tax and compliance issues for clients. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a recipient of the Davis Award.
Bob holds degrees in Accounting and Philosophy from the University of Florida. He is also a proud Vietnam Veteran.
Alison Hazen comes to Team Pegine with over 32 years of corporate and small business experience.
At ConAgra she gained invaluable experience in sales, marketing and production. She enhanced her skills by trading commodities worldwide. At American Cyanamid she began working as a Credit Representative and moved on to become an Accountant. For over 10 years she was a partner in a small fitness company, holding the position of Controller and Vice President.
Alison holds an MBA in International Management and a BA degree in Accounting. During her spare time cooking, fine wine and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is her focus.
